Step 1:

  • Navigate to the Settings section of your website builder or admin dashboard.

Step 2:

  • Select the Tracking Code option from the settings menu.

Step 3:

  • Scroll down to locate the Footer Code section.

Step 4:

  • Paste the BluBuddy Widgets chatbox script into the Footer Code area.
  • Ensure the script is correctly placed before the closing </body> tag.

Step 5:

  • Click Save to apply and publish the changes.

If your BluBuddy chatbot isn’t appearing or functioning properly on your Clickfunnels, try these quick fixes:

  1. Check Code Placement: Ensure the chatbot script is correctly pasted in Clickfunnels as per directions above.
  2. Verify Installation Code: Ensure that the "Update" button was pushed when the bot was being installed on Clickfunnels.
  3. Clear Cache & Refresh: Clear browser cache and refresh your website. Try opening it in Incognito Mode.
