Embbeding your Blubuddy Widgets on your Unbounce Website

Step 1:

  • Visit https://unbounce.com and log in to your Unbounce account. If you don’t have an account, sign up to access your dashboard.

Step 2:

  • From your dashboard, choose the landing page where you want to embed the BluBuddy Chatbot and click “Edit”.

Step 3:

  • In the page editor, scroll to the bottom and click on the “Javascripts” option.

Step 4:

  • Paste your BluBuddy Chatbot Widget Code into the Javascript "script" tag section and select "Before end of <body> tag".

  • Click the “Save Code” button located at the bottom-right corner.

  • Click the “Save” button at the top of the editor to save your page.

Step 5:

  • Click “Preview” to ensure the chatbot widget is live and functioning correctly on your page.

If your BluBuddy chatbot isn’t appearing or functioning properly on your Unbounce website, try these quick fixes:

  1. Check Code Placement: Ensure the chatbot script is correctly pasted in Unbounce as per directions above.
  2. Verify Installation Code: Ensure that the "Update" button was pushed when the bot was being installed on Unbounce.
  3. Clear Cache & Refresh: Clear browser cache and refresh your website. Try opening it in Incognito Mode.
