Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is where you train your chatbot with the information it needs to answer user queries. BluBuddy supports multiple training methods like documents, websites, FAQs and Lead Magnet.


✅ Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to the Knowledge Base Section

  • From the BluBuddy Dashboard, navigate to “Knowledge Base” in the side menu.

Step 2: Choose a Training Method

Website Training

  • Click on Add Website Button on the top right Corner.

  • Enter your website URL and Click Add Website button.

  • BluBuddy will automatically fetch sub-URLs from the domain.

  • Click “Train” after the fetch.

  • You can remove specific pages if you don’t want them included.

Document Training

  • Click “Upload File”

  • Supported formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt
  • After uploading, click “Train”

  • The AI will process and extract text to train the bot.
  • You can remove specific document if you don’t want them included.

FAQ Training

  • Click on Add FAQ button on the top right corner.

  • Add Question (max 100 characters) and Answer (max 1000 characters)

  • After adding Question and Answer Click on Save button.

  • Click on the Train button for tranning the FAQ.

  • You can remove specific FAQ if you don’t want them included.

  • Useful for repeatedly asked queries.

Lead Magnet

  • Click on the Add Lead button in the top right corner.

  • Fill in the details such as Resource Title, Redirect URL and Cover Image (Preferred image ratio: 16:9)

  • After filling the details, click on the Save Lead Magnet button.

  • Your lead will appear on your Lead Magnet screen.

  • You can remove specific Lead entries if you don't want them included.

Step 3: Monitor Training Progress

  • A progress bar or status indicator will appear after uploading/training.
  • Once complete, your content becomes searchable and ready for use by your chatbot.

📌 Important Notes

  • Knowledge base must be added before installing the bot.
  • If not assigned, your bot won’t be able to reference the trained content.
  • You can update and retrain anytime by adding new materials.
